Casa Richard Student Admission & Information Forms
Admission to the academy is based on a "first-come first-served" basis. If
we are at capacity, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when
there is an opening.
Below
are the forms that are required to be completed for admissions. In addition,
Casa Richard must receive and review all transcripts from previous school
attended.

parent or guardian before submission and each student must have all forms filled
out and submitted before admission to school.

Since 1926, Boys &
Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan (originally the Boys’ Club of
